Terms of Service
The rules for using looktoai.com, reading our content, and buying our digital products. Please read them before you use the site.

The short version
Plain English first
- Use the site for lawful, personal or business research. Don't scrape it, copy it wholesale, or use our content to train AI models.
- Our articles, guides, and products are our intellectual property. You get a personal licence to use what you buy — not to resell it.
- Digital products are delivered instantly. Refunds are available for 14 days if there's a genuine delivery or technical issue (details in §7).
- Some links are affiliate links and some pages show ads. This never changes our recommendations.
- We provide information, not professional advice. Our liability is capped, and disputes are handled individually, not as a class action.
Who we are & acceptance
looktoai.com ("looktoai", "we", "us", "our") operates this website, its content library, and its digital store. By accessing or using the site, creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the site, and at least 18 to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You may read, reference, and share our public content for personal and internal business purposes, with attribution and a link back. You may use prompts, templates, and resources from products you have purchased in your own work and projects.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, redistribute, or resell our content or products in whole or substantial part without written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract content except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
- Use our content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset (see §6).
- Reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or share login or download access to purchased products.
- Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, overload our infrastructure, or interfere with the site's security or operation.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — articles, guides, courses, ebooks, prompt libraries, graphics, workflow diagrams, logos, and the looktoai.com name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Trademarks and product names of third-party tools belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
No AI training on our content
We expressly prohibit the use of any content published on looktoai.com — text, images, code, prompts, or data — for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise developing artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, models, or datasets, whether commercial or non-commercial.
Reservation of rights. This prohibition includes automated ingestion by text-and-data-mining tools and AI crawlers. We reserve all rights, including those under applicable text-and-data-mining and copyright laws, and our robots and metadata directives are to be respected as an express opt-out.
Digital products — terms of sale
Our digital products (ebooks, guides, courses, bundles, prompt packs, and templates) are sold and delivered electronically through our checkout provider. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:
Delivery & access
Products are delivered as instant digital downloads or access links after payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download or save your product. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details or your email or device settings.
Licence
Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publish the product or its files.
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. As a goodwill measure, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase where: (a) the product was not delivered or could not be accessed and we could not resolve the issue, or (b) the product materially differs from its description on the product page. Refund requests must be sent to hello@looktoai.com with your order details. Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, or have already substantially downloaded or used it.
Statutory rights & cooling-off
Where you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once download or access begins, you expressly request that delivery start immediately and waive any applicable cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where such a right cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction, this clause does not limit those non-waivable rights.
Chargebacks
Chargeback policy. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a genuine issue is a breach of these Terms. In such cases we reserve the right to revoke your licence and access, suspend your account, and recover the disputed amount and associated fees.
Advertising & recommended products and services
We display advertising (including via Google AdSense) and we feature recommended AI tools, products, and services. Some of these links are affiliate or referral links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them.
This costs you nothing. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link, and affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. Recommendations are editorial picks made on merit. Full disclosure is set out in our Disclaimer.
Third-party links & services
The site links to third-party websites, tools, and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties — including any AI tool you sign up for through us — are solely between you and that third party.
Disclaimers
The site and all content and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI tool or workflow we describe will produce a particular result. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, looktoai.com, its owners, team, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, content, or products.
Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless looktoai.com, its owners, team, and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Dispute resolution & class-action waiver
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled on an individual basis only.
Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and we waive any right to a jury trial where permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which looktoai.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
